🚀 Founder | Creative Director | Ecosystem Architect
Designing platforms, stories, and systems where creators, audiences, and technology converge.
With over 15 years of experience across gaming, visual development, and product ecosystems, I focus on transforming passive viewers into active participants — building creative worlds that are engaging, interactive, and sustainable.
🌐 Building Creative Ecosystems & Visual Brands
Since 2012, LiKStudios has partnered with global brands and game developers to deliver high-clarity concept art, worldbuilding, and visual direction. Our team’s work spans Microsoft, Konami, Koei Tecmo, ASUS ROG, and more — shaping IP foundations and powering campaigns across Asia and beyond.
I also continue to explore new models of digital engagement through a stealth-stage venture focused on community interaction, decision-making, and creative empowerment.
🎮 Vtuber & Fan-Interactive Platform Innovation
In recent years, I spearheaded the design of a new fan-engagement framework for the Vtuber ecosystem — rethinking how creators and fans interact through game mechanics, real-time participation, and emotionally meaningful digital actions.
Key results from the 2025 prototype event include:
🔹 10× increase in paid engagement compared to traditional platforms
🔹 10× revenue lift through real-time interactive participation
🔹 A new “influence-as-action” model that reshaped how fans support creators
These achievements continue to guide my work in building healthier, more immersive creator ecosystems.
🎨 Creative Leadership & Community Advocacy
At LiKStudios, I’ve led and managed a global team of 50+ artists, guiding AAA production pipelines and large-scale marketing campaigns.
I also founded LiK:MeetUp, a community-led initiative connecting artists, veterans, and legal experts. With monthly sessions and an annual summit reaching over 300 participants, it supports education, copyright awareness, and long-term career resilience in the creative industry.
🌱 Design Philosophy
My approach to ecosystem design mirrors the balance I practice in aquascaping — crafting environments where ideas, people, and systems can grow naturally, without forcing a single narrative.
Let’s build something meaningful — and transformative — together.
