07 · MIND · BODY · SOUL – The Iron Flora Experience (October 2026)
Experience the three dimensions of Iron Flora in one morning through practical, guided activities across Mind, Body and Soul -- bringing together voice, space and reflection.
Rather than three separate mini-workshops, the experience brings the different dimensions together as one integrated journey.

Let’s Look at Plants Together (October 2026)
Come wander through a plant nursery with us — browse plants and pots, chat about what catches our eye, or simply enjoy looking at greenery together.
Iron Flora Community creates simple opportunities for women and girls to meet through shared interests and everyday activities — whether it's exploring a plant nursery, playing a game of pool, taking a leisurely walk or simply trying something that sounds fun.
You don't need to attend an Iron Flora workshop to join the community. Just come along when an activity interests you.
02 · MIND – Responding in the Moment (October 2026)
Speaking confidently is one thing when you have time to prepare. Responding when a question, interruption or unexpected situation comes your way is another.
This practical workshop explores how to think on your feet, communicate clearly and stay composed when conversations don't go exactly as planned.
Through guided activities and practice in a supportive setting, you'll explore different ways to respond with greater confidence when the unexpected happens.
04 · BODY – When Space Is Limited (October 2026)
A follow-on practical workshop exploring situations where space is more restricted and creating distance may be more difficult.
Through guided practice, you'll explore ways to stay composed, respond to closer situations and create opportunities to disengage and get away.
The focus remains on practical self-protection rather than fighting or competition.
No previous Iron Flora experience is required.
Let’s Play Pool Together (October 2026)
A casual game of pool — whether you already play, haven't held a cue in years, or simply want to try something new. No competition and no need to be good at it.
