Kai is the co-founder or Iron Flora & LiKStudios (design studio). He has over 15 years of experience across gaming, visual development, and product ecosystems, he focus on transforming passive viewers into active participants — building creative worlds that are engaging, interactive, and sustainable. Iron Flora is his latest effort in empowering people in an ever-growing harsh landscape.

Celestine Seet is the Founder of Iron Flora, a women’s empowerment initiative centered on Mind · Body · Soul. She has 20 years of experience in martial art, achieving 2 black belts with Kyokushin and Japanese Ju-Jitsu.

Celestine hold a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS), with a minor in English Language & Literature, and a Master’s degree in Educational Assessment from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NIE-NTU).
